Are You Going to be Raptured
I was confronted by one of our visitors in the fall of 2015 and he had asked me if we as a church believe in a Mid Tribulation Rapture? He then gave scripture to show his beliefs. I then held what I had been taught my whole Christian life, “I believe in a pre-tribulation rapture”. That is all I could say because, I have not heard the subject preach upon in this church, and with my mind and with my memory in the past, I may have had some inkling of study on the subject but, I could not tell the man a verse of scripture that would give a definite path of my belief on the subject. I ask around the church what others believed about the rapture, and different people could not give me a definite verse of their belief about the rapture.
I was told to take it by faith. If you study the bible you know that you don’t have to take the promises of God by faith. God has placed everything in the scripture, if you don’t read it and you don’t listen to the right kind of preaching, you will be one of those who will have to take the promises of God by faith. As you may know, I prefer not to just take every belief by faith. Because, the word of God is a large book, and the different things that every Christian is asked to believe are in the scripture. Now, if you want to go and find it that is another point.
I have to say that I was told by some members of the church that I attend that you have to take the pretribulation rapture by faith. I found that hard to believe because God is not the author of confusion. I want to tell all of you that are here, the keys for the pretribulation rapture, that can be found in the old testament and the new testament. So, if you ever are confronted by someone who does not believe the scriptures as you do, you can tell them scripturally your beliefs.

Isaiah 26:20-21
20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
21 For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her
Please remove me from the indignation to come.
Psalms 27:5
5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion:
in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me;
he shall set me up upon a rock.
God will hide me in the time of his judgment.
Psalms 57:1
1 Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast.
God will make a place of refuge throughout the tribulation.
Zephaniah 2:3 – If you have salvation you will be hidden in the day of judgment.
